DO YOU SHIP NATIONWIDE?
Yes — we ship authenticated inventory across the US. Orders over $200 ship free; under that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
In-stock orders are verified and packed within 1–2 business days, then shipped with tracking. In-store pickup at the shop is usually same day.

DO YOU BUY WHOLE COLLECTIONS?
We do. Whether it is a single grail or an entire collection of sneakers, streetwear, or cards, bring it in or send photos for a fair market offer.
DO YOU BUY SNEAKERS FROM THE PUBLIC?
Yes — walk-ins welcome. We authenticate everything on the spot and quote you against live resale value. No appointment needed.
HOW DO I SELL OR TRADE WITH YOU?
Drop by the store next to Valley Fair Mall, or DM us clear photos. We inspect, authenticate, and pay out in cash, store credit, or a straight trade.

DO I NEED ID FOR IN-STORE PICKUP?
Yes — please bring a valid photo ID matching the order name so we can hand off your pickup securely.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Sealed product and graded slabs are final sale. Unworn sneakers and apparel can be returned within the window shown at checkout, with tags and authentication intact.
ARE PRICES NEGOTIABLE?
Our prices track current market value. On higher-ticket items we are happy to talk — just ask in-store or DM us.

Always. Every sneaker, garment, and collectible is inspected in-house before it hits the shelf. If it is not legit, we do not sell it.
